I'm white and I don't take any pride or shame in being white. I'm just white, that's all. I don't take any pride or shame in being male, I just am. I don't take any pride or shame in being heterosexual, I just am. And I don't understand why some people do take pride or shame in their race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. It's bizarre. We're all just people. We're all the same. It's no big deal.

I love being black, because when you are black, you can't hide. There is no blending in for us. We have to be bold enough to be ourselves ALL THE TIME.

I also like beng black because when people see us, it's hard for them to hide their true feelings. Usually, before they have a chance to put their emotions in check, it shows up in their face. And whether we know it or not, that gives black people the upper hand. When you know how a person thinks, then you are in control: you get to either show them the stereotype, or you can shatter their hate. I always choose the latter.

Oh, I also love being black cuz the deal came with an extra few inches (wink).

I'm proud of my race because it is a big part of what makes me me. It is the reason i look the way I do, it's why I am the religion that I am, and it's even the reason that I eat the types of foods that I eat. I think everyone should be proud of who and what they are. It's just part of loving yourself.

At one time,...the whites were the majority of the people. Now that the blacks are multiplying like jack rabbits, they will soon be the majority, and we will be out of here.
But, anyway, I am proud to be a white person, because I just kinda blend in with other people. I guess that is what counts, is to just be proud of YOUR own race, whatever it may be... I guess race is kinda like automobiles...it takes all kinds to make the world.

yes I'm proud of the fact that I'm lucky, my blood line has made it this far in the universe! We, who live in the universe today are rare indeed! Only the strongest blood lines survive. We are all truly a miracle in the grand scheme of things. Blood lines die off everyday in a big way. To survive in this universe is unbelievably rare!

It's difficult for me to be proud of my races because I am so many. I do admire the Hawaiian culture since it was similar to Vedic culture. I am at least 8 races.

I dont really think theres a difference, but the reason why I would be proud of being white is because we get to have red hair, I dont know if any other race has red hair, but thats why I like being white.
