In what way would you say that you feel that atheists have made your life more difficult? I hear people saying that they feel persecuted, but I see people from all beliefs criticizing the other side. I'm atheist, myself, but I never look to criticize anyone else for their beliefs. What do you think we could ALL do to better understand each other, and to get along better?

they do not go about doing good as the Apostles did in the Acts?

Is it alright to go as far as repentance and baptism, marking Christianity as only a transcendential religion or should they also make Christianity relevent to the world, as seen through the suffering as the Apostles and others did.

The passage on Judgement of Nations seems to indicate action as the basis of enterring Kingdom of God without mention of faith although faith seems tied to it anyway.

This is a genuine question that I have to ask when I see many many Christians care only about being part of the faith through the "rituals" without practicing the faith. I do not see Jesus as one that only preached but also acted.

Scriptures say many have entertained Angels without knowing it.

KJV
Hbr 13:2
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

NIV
Hbr 13:2 Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.

Perhaps we should consider this before attacking people, or attempting to “Save” them.

What a cool thought :)

so some of you dont care, and others of you are so devoted that you would kill to have your religion taught in public schools. if you really want it taught and have prayer in schools(well public ones anyway) then you should not teach only what you want and have the whole truth taught(after all it is a sin to not tell the truth right?)

okay so here it is

A)in history class all the bad things christians have done like killing several women for gaining too much power among the wars they fought should be taught
B)in history you should also look at the history of technology to see if technology was advance enough to build a huge ship with enough food and space to support all the animals
C)using critical thinking skills to find all the contradictions in the bible in english class
D)find the credibility of the bible in english class, they sure as hell arent gonna take just any sources for essays so if you wanna make an essay on why the bible is true, then start doing your research

What would you say is the most respectable thing you've heard a believer say on behalf of the existence of a God? (Even if it didn't make a believer out of you. I just mean the sort of thing that made you think that you still don't believe, but you can respect that argument.)

look at genesis 26:4: "And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven"

according to this christian site - http://www.christiananswers.net/q-eden/s... - , there are about 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars. Are there that many humans yet? If not, the prophecy has yet to come true.

Why do you choose to be what you are?

Dear Racist,

Why do you think where un human when we are just as human as you are you say we are rude. But, how can you judge more than a million people that you haven't met that are not white or the same race. Have you ever tried to think about it in there perspective and about the rudeness, you started the rudeness by being mean and disrespectful to us. You should respect all as you wish to yourself.

Dear Non-racist,
I understand you clearly, I understand how you take it personally and fight for your belief. I am on your side. I think all of you going against racism are great people. Keep up the work.
God bless.

ok about salvation again... the Bible says in Acts 2:21 (i think thats the reference) that "whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved"... so if i just ask God to save me, knowing that Jesus paid for my sins in full, and knowing that salvation and forgiveness is a free gift that i just recieve, does that bring salvation? just asking God to save me? if so, where does recieving Jesus as Savior and Lord come in (and repentance)?

Christians feel like they have a responsibility to convert non-believers and teach them about Jesus Christ. They establish missions around the world in an effort to reach the un-churched. I do not hear about Jews making the same effort and wondered if it is just something that is not talked about or if the Jewish people do not feel called in that way. Thanks for any information, I am just asking out of curiosity & the question is not meant as an insult to anyone.
