Mabel it means you have the COOLEST day for a birthday of ALL. Nothing more. A lot of folks put too much stock into that sort of stuff but there's no REAL significance about it whatsoever. It is simply the most sacred day for us Wiccans and has no other significance. Enjoy having that day as your Birthday and live it up BIG time.

All hallows eve is the time when the spirits of the departed are free to roam the earth. The next day is all Saints day. I don't know that it would have any more meaning than being born on say Memorial Day.
