I could not believe this. this monster does this to these poor kids and they worry about HIS rights. Do you think this fair?

Me and my hubby where just talking about this today. What makes me sick is our so called 'justice' system in this country. Why did it take 3 years to find an interpreter? The guy obviously spoke English. Why are we worried about his 'rights' when that little 7 year old girl was stripped of her rights and her purity. These type of stories make my blood absolutely boil.

I read the first line after the headline and immediately closed the window on my computer.
This world's priorities are so sick and backwards, I can't stand to witness yet another example of it.

If he attended high school and community college in the U.S. then he definitely speaks English and I think they should set about tricking him into revealing it and then appeal the ruling and give him his trial...
If they cannot prove that he indeed speaks English and he walks, then they need to deport him.

i didn't have to read all of it....it happens all the time...sick isn't it???? these people have more rights than the child...and the child is scared emotionally and sometimes physically for the rest of there life. and they go on with life raping and molesting more children....its not right. our justice system is failing and they are paying for it.

That doesn't make sense...They could have still had a translator that could have come close to decipher his language.
