I watched a documentary on the KKK today and they were doing this in the US and also 'Jesus Camp'Do you think it is a good idea to create this sub cultures? What chance do you have of not being a Christian when you are brainwashed like the evangelicals seem to do with their kids? Is it not wrong to force feed kids religion at an age where you KNOW they will not question?!

Why should Muslims have to answer for what a tiny minority of people (who are of the Islamic religion) are doing for their own twisted reasons?

That would be like asking every Christian in the world to rise up and answer for what the KKK or the IRA or the ETA does in their country.

The Bible is full of verses exhorting the "believers" to kill the enemies of God. The Crusades give an ending proof to Christian violence but nobody is expecting all the Christians to answer for their history and past violence. How many support the present violence ?

Muslims never appointed the Taliban or Alqaeda as our official representatives so we are not obligated to answer for their crimes.

If people ignore the rest of the 1.5 billion Muslims and blame Islam for the actions committed by this tiny minority then they are only looking to malign Islam and they will not easily find Muslims to join in on their smear campaign.

Or whats your opinion on it, cause some people think it invites in demonds or think that it betrays God.

Is there any passages in the bible that forbid it in a way.

How does it work anyway. Is it really spirits or ghosts moving it?

I uses it a few times before but then I heard it was bad. I dont really know if its bad but im just kinda superstisious.

"People" seem to want to destroy and corrupt and distort all that Jesus has given us.
I would NOT want to be one in oppsition to God.

Folks - I know the GOP, for the most part, doesn't want you to be allowed to marry each other.

And I disagree with them on that - I've really never understood why you do or like what you do but it's none of my business and none of the government's business and if you want to marry each other, that would do me no harm, you should be allowed to.

But the radical muslims - not all muslims, the radicals - they want to stone you to death, because the Koran literally translated says that's what should happen to you.

And in the parts of the world where they're in charge, that's what would happen to you.

Hate Bush all you want but the radical islamic terrorists hate America because we're the place where people are free to do what they want - yourselves being a prime example.

Should we ignore this threat?

Grim Jack asked Christians: What would be tougher to see, a child who is a Christian die or see them abandon Christianity? The number of people that choose death makes me sad and I feel a little sick. I was raised as a fundie and try hard to be open minded but this is dangerous. Keep this cult!

How do you feel about the Monarchy? Do you think we should still have it? Do you think the Queen plays more of a role in politics than the government says? If we got rid of the monarchy what would you like to see happen to the money they drain from the UK each year? In a changing world what purpose do they serve?

You are a faithful wife to your husband, 45 years. The past 10 years your hubby had many medical problems, nothing serious, but some tough times. These times, some of them still exist. You have waited on him hand & foot. Your husband does not feel well but he MOVES ALONG with his woodworking hobby. He depends on you for everything. He does not help you with housework, or shopping or bill paying or yardwork or driving.

Now you are getting up in years, and you yourself have chronic medical problems, nothing life threatening, but enough problems that you find it impossible to keep up with things by yourself. You need his help, and he refuses to give it. His explanation is that he does not feel well.

When told that you do not feel well either, but you HAVE to do certain things to keep up with life, and that he does NOT HAVE to do such things, and is waited on, he gets extremely angry, and continues to refuse to help. There's no sympathy for your needs. Think he loves you?
