Or whats your opinion on it, cause some people think it invites in demonds or think that it betrays God.

Is there any passages in the bible that forbid it in a way.

How does it work anyway. Is it really spirits or ghosts moving it?

I uses it a few times before but then I heard it was bad. I dont really know if its bad but im just kinda superstisious.

Ouija boards are very evil in my opinion. It is my belief that it opens a doorway for spirits, not necessarily nice ones, to enter. Once opened it is difficult to close without a great deal of outside intervention. I am an atheist and therefore I don't believe in God but I am also a sensitive and have experience encounters with the supernatural. I really do not suggest ever having a Ouija board in your home.

When I was a kid my mother, sisters, and I played with a home-made Ouija board. We supposedly had my grandfather on it and were talking about my soccer game that morning. I was having a hard time believing it was real so I asked my "grandfather" to prove it was him. Just then we heard a huge boom within the house and ran outside. It was like a sonic boom from an airplane that shook the entire house! My dad was outside and said he heard nothing.... Could be coincidental, but weird none-the-less.

Another time, when I about 20, we supposedly had a friend of mine who died in high school on the board. He was a football player so I asked what his number was. No one in the room knew it but me, and the board singled it out quickly. Could have been an unconscious move on my part, but it sure seemed real! I never touched a board again.

The ouija board i had an experience with was an antique that dated back to the 18th century. My friends grandmother had it from when she was a kid...of course...grandma was long passed, but none the less, we had the board and we used it out of curiousity. My friends house was built on a slave plantation...so we asked a few questions and the oracle moved...we lifted our hands off of it and the oracle continued to move about the board by itself...without us touching it. We immediatley put it away and the next morning we woke up and found the board out on the steps in the hallway outside her room...we had put it away under her bed...freaky. Never touched anything like that since.

The Bible does say that "divination" and "consulting with familiar spirits" is an abomination (means it's totally contrary to God). It says to stay away from all appearance of evil. And, it also says things are either of God or Satan. So with that said, I'd have to say the Ouiji is of satan.

I had heard that the book/movie "The Exorcist" was very loosely based on a girl that became demon-possessed after using an Ouiji board, and in one of the opening scenes Reagan is using one in her basement. Can't vouch for the validity of any of that, however (except for the scene in the movie).

Yes, I've heard many stories about bad things happening as a result of playing with a Ouija board. It is a doorway to Satan's realm. The movie The Exorcist was based on a true story of a boy who become posessed after playing with one. Many of my friends have had supernatural things happen to them during/after using one. Stay away, unless you want to open a door to darkness and spiritual oppression. But in the end, Jesus has the power to trample scorpions and snakes - so call on Him if you become afraid.

I am someone with no impending religion, but I know this an Ouija board has opened up a gate to the spirit world and if you burn it, whatever came out will remain out. (I saw this on A Haunting on Discovery Channel :D)

The Ouji Board derives from Astrology which has it's roots in Babylon, The World Empire of False Religeon. That's why I don't use em'.
