If the "word" was supposed to be taken to "7 cities in Asia" did that happen? Why those 7 cities? Why isn't Asia christian then?

No matter how much money you make or how many friends you got, you're still going to die anyway. Poor or rich, attractive or homely, we all gotta take that dirt nap eventually. Lately I've been thinking about this more and more to the point of almost obsessing over it. All I do is eat and sleep all the damn day, I feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown and, God forbid, suicide. Can anyone give one good reason to continue this road we call life? Anything at all?

Why do Christians always ask us to explain a bunch of meaningless drivel about morality and other humanly things, but when we ask them to back up anything in their belief system, they never give us anything?

Well, once in a while someone will say LOL JUST READ DER BIBLE or JUST BECAUSE YOU CANT SEE AIR DOESNT MEAN IT DOESNT EXIST, SAME WITH GOD.

Is this seriously the best they can do? Counter our well-thought-out, logical strikes with nonsensical gibberish? I don't understand. How are they supposed to convert anyone with an IQ greater than a monkey if all they have to back anything up is "faith?" I guess I'm missing something, but this seems like an awfully watered-down and stupid argument.

Now I'm confident that every religious person who replies to this will say the generic stuff. "Go to hell... I'll pray for you... etc" or just quote some Bible verses. But please, please give me ANY kind of relevant scientific evidence supporting your religion. Anything.

I'm not a racist and I know there are some people of all races who don't tip. but there seems to be a large percentage of African-Americans who choose not to tip. Any thoughts?

I think its so awful that gays and bisexuals are outcasted! One of my best friends is bisexual, and his parents won't even accept him. They put him down about it all the time and degrade him for it... It's so wrong!

And then there's the people saying that gays will go to hell. It may be against their religion or whatever, but shouldn't people like them be accepting of everyone? What is wrong with our world today when we can't accept one another for who we are?

I just wanted to know if any Apostles of Jesus Christ worship him as part of creator God Almighty. Did they take him as god or a Prophet of God? Please explain with direct verses that say Disciples bowing and worshipping or praying unto Jesus Christ in his life time. If not who brought the idea of worshipping Jesus Christ beside God Almighty into Christianity which goes against the very basic principles of all other prophets before him, the Abrahamic faith? Why do so many think we have to go to church to go to heaven? Jesus prayed on his own, I have been saved, but I dont like the church, I do not believe most in there would be good for me or my kids, most go to church anymore becuae it is the "thing" to do. I have seen many take magazines ect and read while there. I have had to teach the pastors themselves because they were wrong, and very embarressed when I showed them. so why do i get ooked down on just because I choose to keep it between me and God and not go to church?

Now, here is my question: A fellow in my class who is Latin hurt my feelings when he said that pure Africans (not mixed with White American or Native American blood) were primitive, unintelligent, and have never contibuted to society (he meant they never invented anything). He continued by saying that this is why they have been in terrible situations (like starving since the dawn of man) and they keep needing assistance from the West. I was shocked when I heard this and know this is untrue but had nothing to back this up. What can I say to this moron?? Please help

Several Iranians I met told me that they hate Arabs, and i should not associate with them, there reason being that 1,000 years ago the arabs invaded the persian empire and brought islam to persia and changed the language and tried to get rid of the culture. They say that Arabs are responsible for the decline of persia.

I say...well if that were true.....then we should hate the greeks too..oh and the Mongols. Everyone should hate Italy because the romans occupied all of europe at one point. But they don't.

I say that hating someone for what someones grandfather did is stupid. Hating someone for something his great-great-great-great-great-great.....................................great grandfather might have done is down right ridiculous. First of all, all empires rise and fall..Persian was going to collapse sooner or later just as rome and babylon did.

Second of all....Islam is a great religion.

Third of all swallow your damn pride and learn to get along..let the past stay
