Personally, as a Catholic, I find it offensive to think that one man can denegrate all other religons. Our religon has taken enough hits lately without more.

Eastern Montana gets the most awesome wind storms on the praire. I went out and danced in one about an hour ago in my yard. It was Glorious!!!!!!!!! I think my neighbor thinks I'm nuts now though. And no I did not do it skyclad!!!! Blessed Be!

is it just me or is it better to be covered in flaming dog crap than to say your atheist. sorry thats a little over the top what I meant to say is smothered in napalm soaked donkey dumplings chewing on a cow chip. Why is it that everybody has to argue over religion? Why does it have to be that this religion is right, but this one is wrong? Nobody was alive back then. My beliefs are just that--MY beliefs. And your beliefs are YOUR beliefs. Does anybody else but me wish we could all just let each live and let live?

Actually I have another question as well...I just got in an argument on another forum over the Holy Trinity and whether or not Jesus created the earth. I say no, said very clearly that it was MY opinion, how *I* saw things, they tell me I must be stupid and it very clearly stated in... blah blah blah.

So, I thought I'd ask... what do you believe? Did Jesus create the earth?

Orson Pratt said in Ibid vol. 17 pp 224-225:

If plurality of marriage is not true, then marriage for eternity is not true, and your faith is all in vain, and all the sealing ordinances and powers pertaining to marriage for eternity are vain, worthless, good for nothing; for as sure as one is true the other also must be true.

Orson Pratt is a very important Apostle to the LDS religion. How do you get to pick and choose which prophet/Apostle you want to believe? Joseph Smith was a polygamist, so why not follow his doctorine and what he commanded since he said it came straight from God?

right as God wants it but I feel I have fallen behind as you could see by a few of my other quesitons. :( I just wonder if it has to do with not going to an actual church. I need to quit these thoughts I have and get back to where I used to be. Any suggestions?

Baptists are the only Christians I know of that have a problem with evolution. The Catholic Church has no problem what so ever with evolution. Fortunatly Catholics make up the majority of Christians in the world and Baptists are only common in America. It is totally possible to believe in God and believe in evolution at the same time. In fact, that is the case with most Christians in the world, including the Pope. You Baptists keep trying to argue that this is some kind of atheist-Christian debate when in fact most Christians in the world have no problem with evolution. Most Biologists in America are in fact Christians. This is not an atheist-Christian debate. This is a debate between science and Baptists.

Any good suggesting or website I can look into?

I will be comin' out of divorce soon (yay! but it is still killin' me because of pain and guilt even it wasn't my fault) but I am feel that I am still fighting to get my strenght back and and starting to live my life all over again. I already have a cross with two roses on my left upper arm (close to my shoulder).

This is because it would not be very loving of us to keep this great God to ourselves and not tell you the truth about Him. We do not want you to go to hell, we are just wanting to save your life. If someone knew the truth about what happens after you die and you do not would you want them to tell you? We are just simply giving you the truth.

If you are not following Jesus you are following a thief. Jesus said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10) The devil is this thief that comes up with false teachers and religions. False teachers and religions only come to steal, kill, and destroy. So this makes the devil a liar. We have already learned that Jesus is the truth. Do you want to follow a liar or the way, the truth, and the life?

Obviously, a person can be "good," and kind, and such, without accepting God--some may argue that if there were, in fact a heaven, even these select few that have not accepted God would be worthy of a place in Heaven after being a good and kind person.
