is it just me or is it better to be covered in flaming dog crap than to say your atheist. sorry thats a little over the top what I meant to say is smothered in napalm soaked donkey dumplings chewing on a cow chip. Its just funny to see the strong reaction that word brings out of people I think your better off telling people your a satanist honestly.

Some of you atheists are developing a persecution complex equal to some Christians around here.

What about treating people as individuals? Could we maybe try that for just one day?

I have no care what a person believes or if they don't believe in anything. Just as long as you have a stance on the topic of religion and stand for something. I will let them have their beliefs if I can have mine.

I have nothing against you, Atheists.

No it is not just you. People tend to be overly judgemental at the mention of certain words or phrases. If one chooses to not believe in a Supreme Being so be it !!

all i hear is why aren't you having turkey??? (i am a vegetarian)
why aren't you praying??? that is disrespectful!
i hate it.

Boring. Yawn.... I would rather be an atheist.

I'm a ATHEIST... and I don't believe in a Satan.. why should I put a label on myself of that which I believe not to exist?

It's better to be an atheist than to be an illegal immigrant or a Muslim right about now... this world makes me so sad... and you know it won't get better.

Let me guess. An Atheist answered one of your questions with fact and honesty and you no doubt, took offense. Did he burst your imaginary bubble about the naivete of your beliefs? So sorry.

If you land in R&S when it is occupied by mostly atheist, the Christian can feel the same way you do.

funny how a religion and spirituality questions site draws so many "atheists" when that is a contradiction to say you are and hang out on here.
