I've been to some Roman Catholic Churches here in the U.S. and in Mexico and they had have the Traditional Latin Mass the day i went. but even the people there admitted they did Not understand a thing! They just sit through a Latin Mass service and wonder what is going on.
Does this contradict the Inspired Word of God?

A few days ago, Pope Benedict issued a proclimation stating that the Catholic Church was the only true path to salvation.

Is there anything in the Bible that supports this, or goes agianst this?

Truthully, I'm lookin for the stuff AGAINST.

Really, I am athiest. So I dont belive that "it's so imoral" crap. and I belive even if there was a god he wouldent want all this hatred going on in the world. Also It may say that gays are imoral in the bible but it also says, that if your negihbor grows his crops out of season you may kill him. So dont go with one rule go with all of them. Also, why would you hate gays they're no diffrent than us. (with the fact that they are attracted to the same sex) I dont want some evangelical christian to be saying I am the devil and Im going to burn in hell..... I do not want those comments if you do I shall block you :P your fault if I do. So if you dont like what I am saying, Go somwhere else to continue gay bashing. If you would Like to speak your mind about why you THINK people dont like gays, or leave! I dont want any religious theries. Thanx for all those NICE people that awnser!

I really do not have a question. I am just venting. I think my gf is about to dump me. The thing is I am not sure I think its bad idea. It seems like lately she is so angry that we never enjoy our time together. I also feel like she blames me for all her problems. I have only been with her for 3 months, how could I cause all her problems. I guess its just scary. She is my first gf. I moved 600 miles to be with her. Now I am going to be all alone in a new town and broken hearted.

What title would you give someone who has been ordained in a Christian ministry? What would they be called by someone who wants them to perform a marriage ceremony? Are they called Reverend, Pastor or Minister? Such as Pastor Joe Smith, Reverend Joe Smith, or Minister Joe Smith, or do they have a title like that at all?

I have a friend who was recently ordained, so I have questions like this for another friend of mine who doesn't know him and she is getting married. She would like to talk to him, but doesn't know how to address him, and I haven't been able to get a hold of him yet to ask. Does anyone know??

Okay there guys.........you who are so pedantic. What makes you think I have not studied the theory of evolution? You are assuming, aren't you? The more I learned about evolution the more I realized it took more faith to believe in that, than to believe in a God Who created all things. Go and read the first two chapters of Romans in the Bible. You have to realize that millions of folks all over the world have also studied evolution, and came to the conclusion that it is a huge attempt to deny the very existence of the God Who created all things.

Also what about christians that smoke tobacco but want to quit what should they do.

Is bible study neccesary given it does nothing to aid salvation.

Last question is it enough to be a private christian and just go to church on sundays or should you go to all the meetings.

According to the bible those that are crossdressers are sinning. Am I sinning if I do this.

In other words does it matter if its actually real or not as long as it makes you happy, like a placebo if someone is told it is genuine and it makes them feel better despite the fact that it isn't genuine, is this then okay or does this get in the way of progress and blur reality in a way.

If my soul hangs in the balance and I'm faced with eternal torment for making the wrong decisions, isn't there an obligation for the book of laws to be clear of any ambiguities?

Finally given the many sects within the many religions, if the believers can't agree amongst themselves as to what the texts mean, what does that say about the clarity of the texts in question?

I think sex is completely natural and it is regarded as a human rights. But some religious faith interfering that and prohibited their followers to have sex before the marriage. Islam is evidently one of them. So does your belief interfere your rights to have sex before you achieve marriage? If so what are good reasons to justify that? I didn't mean to be offensive/bias here but I only wonder why sex can be very strict for certain belief.
