Maybe on Halloween? Just a guess, they say there's less of a barrier between the living in the dead on All Hallow's Eve. Although, I'm not really sure if that's true.

When taking pictures...day/night...always use the negative images to focus the picture when reviewing it to show the out-of-the-ordinary images that may/may not appear in the background. There is no "best time" to do that...just do it whenever. My suggestion...during a funeral.

You should try taking area pictures at twilight... or a couple of hours before dawn...... Remember to avoid all direct shots.. And at night when you need a flash you should take a ladder with you and shoot down on them again with area shots...............

Go on a night you think will have a lot of activity. If you catch nothing, keep trying!
