Aren't we each responsible for our own actions?

Isn't EVERY matter a conscience matter?

How come it's a matter of conscience (IE= frowned upon but not specifically forbidden) to do certain things yet outright disfellowshipping for others?

I mean aren't ALL your sins YOUR personal responsibility?

If there is no God and no Satan,
Who made love?
Who control our feeling? coz in fact, we can't always control our feeling?
I ever loved a guy who had wife. I know I shouldn't love him. I really didn't want to love him but I did..

science doesn't claim to know all the answers, it is a work in progress.

science finds the most likely cause and then tries to prove or disprove by stringent testing. revise retest and the most likely version that can be found to the best of our knowledge given as a theory.

christainity doen't even come close to this, it would fail at the first stage.

We are Jesus's children. But Mary was his Mother, who is also a child of Jesus and God. God and Jesus are our fathers. Would that make God and Jesus a gay son and father couple who had children together? But then God pregnated his child into one of their children that they created together. Could someone explain to me the whole relationship?

Yes, it works some times with some things. However, there are MANY problems that need to be dealt with directly or indirectly rather than be ignored. Some people just don't get it. Any ideas as to why this is?

Question for you:

Do you consider Aleister Crowley and Anton LaVey to be true incarnations of evil roaming the earth?

By the same Token, do you think any human is capable of becoming 'evil' as it were via changing thier belief system to something other than the path to God?

I met this guy, but I am getting all these red flags. We spent last weekend together and he didn't take a bath/shower for three days. Is that normal and what the hell is his problem? He also is very bad at economizing like he goes to the most expensive markets and when I asked him about it he tried to make me feel like I am cheap. I am careful about how I spend my money because I don't have much so I am afraid this relationship is doomed. I have only dated one other person I liked and he never called me back. I don't think he wanted me as a friend and we live in a very rural area so I feel like an outcast and this guy is just using me until he finds someone else he can use.

I get made fun of, becuz i'm light-skinned for my ethnicity
ever since i was a kid, people make comments
and call me ''Whitey" and still do!
(I'm also the lightest in my family, so i didnt like being the one that frgn GLOWS IN THE DARK)

i even try to put those tanning lotions , so that i could look more ''like them'', but still, people question my ethnicity

i don't even have friends who are my ''ethnicity''...sometimes i think that since i dont quite look exactly like them, that it makes them think twice, cuz i dont look like i ''fit in''
, i dont wanna stand out, i wanna BLEND in
(and i Want friends that r the same ethnicity, its a culture thing)

k im not no biaaatch, and i'm easy-going friendly person

I want to study in my parent's home country for a year, but then i'm afraid that i'll b singled out and made fun of, stared at, QUESTIONed ALOT!

Ever given any thought to just how easy it is to be violent towards others when you start from the premise that all humans are evil and sinful?

Ever give any thought to how much violence has resulted from "spare the rod and spoil the child", or Paul's admonition that wives should be obedient and subservient to their husbands?

Any idea how easy it has been to start wars when yours is supposed to be the only "true" religion and everyone else is believed to be serving Satan?

Any idea of how hard it is to sell a religion that teaches their "loving " god made it a sin to be human, because, allegedly, our forefather disobeyed one of his commands, or that every person should beg forgiveness for living another day as a human, or give thanks that this god hasn't cursed you yet?

You just don't get it, do you?

then to whom do you feel thankful in general?

Normally, I go to lunch with my co-workers.

One of my co-workers and I have been sent off-site for training. When lunch time comes around, we've been going to grab a bite together as we would if we were in the office. The only difference, in this case, is that the training location doesn't have a cafeteria so we have to go to local restaurants.

I am a male, and my co-worker is a female. We are both married.

Is it inappropriate to go to lunch together?
