I'm sorry that some people responded to this the way they did. It is unfortunate you feel that way...but its most likely the way you were raise, where you grew up, etc. And as people have said before, underneath the skin everyone is the same...in fact none of us are really as unique as they want to tell you in elementary school.
Humans also tend to fear that which is new and different. Perhaps you grew up in a very white only neighborhood, so people of different colors are a new experience for you.
I think your best remedy (if you want one, which I hope you do...but it is your life) would probably try and get to know someone well who is of a different color. If you're too afraid to do that, talk to a therapist.

You are racist, maybe your upbringing conditioned you to be this way. Work on it if you want to eliminate this character flaw.
Underneath the skin, we are all the same. A good guy is a good guy no matter what color/creed/nationality, and an ****** is an ******.

That's a racist attitude. It's ignorant, but you can choose to educate yourself and judge people on the basis of their character instead of their race. 2D
