My feelings are simple, the facts of reality do not change but your perception of reality is the only thing that matters to you, or should matter to you. Your comfort and happiness is essential. If it is achieved via placebo effect that's fine. Desired results achieved!
You can heal yourself and change your life with simply your thoughts and that is definitely progress.

i think delusion is a good thing for humans.. if we knew the reality of how pointless everything is, i don't think we would get very far.
weather its a false belief in your accomplishments , god, or whatever. its all the same.
we need to pretend that things are worth doing other wise we wouldn't do anything..
thats why scientists go crazzy

who's reality is it anyways? sane and insane could easily switch places depending on who is in the majority. But, each to their own I suppose,just remember it can be a double-edged sword sometimes.
