In addition to being rather dense and a proven incompetent, he is also an Apocalypt: one of those folks who believes that the End of the World is soon. This may mean that he'll do whatever he can to move the process along, making it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Why not? He actually thinks God talks to him personally! (The Loony Bins are full of people whom God talks to.) Bush is on the record as saying that God told him to invade Iraq!

To make it worse, his opposite number in Iran, Mahmoud Ahmedinejad, is an Apocalypt too. He's waiting for the return of the Islamic Messiah, the Mahdi. The two of them could inadvertently cooperate in pushing us into World War III. By their thinking, increasing the level of chaos in the world will force the hand of their respective Messiahs.

But both are wrong. No one's coming. No one will clean up the mess we make. Gee, wouldn't it be better not to make a mess at all? To have policy made by someone playing with all his marbles?

I am saved and belong to a church called the salvation army, but I cant help but noticing all the problems with the stories they tell me. I dont even believe in a god any more because of logic. Does that mean Im athiest?

There are many references to "History of the Church", followed by a number (page number, maybe?). Can I read these documents online?

Recently, I got into a discussion over mythical and biblical creatures and someone said 'water fairy=aqua angel=nymph=ocean angel= sea angel= water angel=ocean fairy=all of them are really the same thing!' I have to disagree from my own prior knowledge of them....

I always seem to have this scary dream. First off I really think that I'm awake but Im not. Second I' m always in my room, mostly of the times in my bed. Third I'm turn into this imobile person, I can't move as if something is taking control of my body. I can only move to twist and fight off this thing that is taking control over me(its sort of like the girl from last movie the excorist) Third I'm screaming from the TOP off my lungs, but know one comes and helps me. Its always dark in my room in the dream, I always think it real because I feel like its acutally happening to me. Its the worse dream ever. I feel as if an eveil spitit tries to get into me, can that happen? I have about once a month. I usually try to wake myself out from it, but thats hard to. Anyone have anything remotly similar to this, or anyone have a CLUE Why this is happening to me?

If its telemarketers, people selling something at the door, if I walk into a store and am the only person I feel like I have to buy something. If I talk to a vendor about a price and then find a better deal later on, I feel bad about leading on the previous vendor and buy from them anyway. I worked in customer service for over 8 years when I was in highschool and college and know how those people feel and how hard they work, so I am never rude or send anything back no matter what. I need to change this but dont know how. Am I too nice or just a pansy?

only last saturday I was waiting for the bus and an elderly fella arrived laden down with various bags of shopping the bus arrived so I offered to help him to which he replied F*** off sonny so I let him get on with it why cant these elderly people learn some good manners ?
