I always seem to have this scary dream. First off I really think that I'm awake but Im not. Second I' m always in my room, mostly of the times in my bed. Third I'm turn into this imobile person, I can't move as if something is taking control of my body. I can only move to twist and fight off this thing that is taking control over me(its sort of like the girl from last movie the excorist) Third I'm screaming from the TOP off my lungs, but know one comes and helps me. Its always dark in my room in the dream, I always think it real because I feel like its acutally happening to me. Its the worse dream ever. I feel as if an eveil spitit tries to get into me, can that happen? I have about once a month. I usually try to wake myself out from it, but thats hard to. Anyone have anything remotly similar to this, or anyone have a CLUE Why this is happening to me?

I usually try and get though the scariest, more repetive dreams i have.

I have had one dream since i was little, where my father is fighting with another man, and his daughter and i are bestfriends--i drop a flower that a girl gives me and she gets swallowed by the earth.

I just take it easy and analyis the dream whenever i had it to see if it has changed--it feels weird and it feels like i can feel every little thing in the dream--but i find that i am half way awake...and i find that i have this dream when i am under alot of stress. That's when alot of my bad dreams come.

Try and relax fully without having a wandering mind next time you fall asleep.

...Good luck Sonia. <3

Yup. I think you are partially awake. When you sleep, your arms and legs are "paralyzed" so you don't move around much. In your case, you are just partially awake but still mostly sleep. And you can feel your arms and legs are still paralyzed.
