One is hosting a society dinner party. During the conversation one of my esteemed guests, the Duke of Effingham, inadvertantly revealed he had been fraternising with the housekeeper, and the Duchess, in a fit of pique, grabbed a piece of the silverwear and stabbed him in the thigh. Offending etiquette, she used the butter knife, when she should have used the fish knife (the Duke is a Pisces); Should I pardon this extraordinary faux pas?

Then can't he stop evil without interfering with our free will, and provide the lessons we would learn due to this evil without it, using his omnipotence?

If not, then God can't do anything.

I have heard in the past that there are no records of Jesus existing while he was alive. Is this true? I know that there are said to be witnesses, but I am actually looking for written accounts of him while he was alive.

In Our lives. We sometimes have a diapproval or two with people surrounding us. The problem is, not everybody had a chance or even a courage to criticise the persons. It would to rude and offending in some culture.
If they kept doing things that annoyed you, the best thing you can do was talking about them at their backs.Talking right to them wont do any good because they would defend themselves by saying all the crap things.
How do you put things nicely to people?

I have never heard of a Black person looking at a white guy driving a porsche and saying "how did he afford such a nice car?" we just assume he makes good money.

But why is it a Black person driving a nice car is cause for suspicion.

I drive an audi, which is hardly a super expensive ride. So why when I got pulled over by the police today did the cop ask me "is this your car?" and then "where do you work?" and then unbelievably he says "you can't afford this car on that salary"

Even though it is true that I can't afford the car on what I make, my dad can and he bought it when I graduated from college. but why did I have to explain that to the cop. and why didn't he believe me. which of course resulted in me being subjected to a search.

Since this is the "Religion & Spirituality" section, why are there so many atheists that come and just put down, what those who believe in religion/spirituality? I mean if I were an atheist, I would probably go the the science section or sports or culture or what ever, but I wouldn't waste my time bashing people who believe in things I don't... When it was found out and proven that the Pearl of Great Price was just a dead sea scroll that contained some burial ritual (Rather than the Book of Abraham like Joseph Smith Claimed), does it make you wonder if some of Joe's other books were made up too?
