You are missing the most obnoxious one of them all Marilyn Manson. He is a minister in the Church of Satan. Slayer and King Diamond/Merciful Fate are not too far behind. Bands out of Norway also tend to worship Satan too.

You know, I used to think that any Satanic band was just putting on a show because if they really believed what they were singing about, they would have killed themselves in self-sacrifice long before they ever made it to being a band.
Then I was introduced to GWAR.

Chicago is satanic (watch little nicky). Slayer has two atheists in it(not satanic), anyone who says it is satanic for that reason alone should be slapped.
