washy but has been very nice lately ,asks you to do something with him later at night, like go out and dance, and you say no because you think this guy is not being sincere and this guy says he has a p. u. s. s. y. magnent in his car and there are other people around how am i suppose to take it and what is this guy's intentions by this ?

I am a guy...but if I were told that he has a P u s s y magnent in his car, I would tell him to go use it all he wants, but you will not be a part of his foolishness. Sorry to say, but this line is about as jerky as I have heard. Obviously his magnet is not all that good, is it? A fool is born every minute, and you have met one. I would keep my distance for an obvious idiot. You do not want to be found guilty by association, especially at work...I can just hear the gossip around the cooler now....

Um ... I'm pretty sure that's called sexual harassment. Tell him to stop - stay away from him (he sounds like a creep) and if he persists with these kinds of offers then report him to your company's human resources department. Also, I'd start keeping a journal so if you do have to go to HR and report him, you have details, dates, times, etc.
