After having a look to this link, could you please saying me, why Christians and Jews don’t believe in him? I just want to understand your vision of the things.
Thanks

im really debating doing it. Its the same boring bs everyday and each day I realize that if I hadn't known these people since highschool I wouldn't hang out with them.

I have tried to improve things but they aren't going to change who they are and I can't expect them too.

I hang out with them because I want to have fun, I used to , but now I don't. I don't want to keep hanging out with them and hoping things will change when they wont..........................ANY ADVICE? if you did ditch them how did it work out?

Okay I just fancy some opinions here. I tell make believe stories to my children that is about a witch called Gobilina who used to be bad ( she stole naughty children and boiled them) but is now good. Now she is good she tries to teach moral lessons to four little boys called Matthew Mark Luke and John ( I have 3 boys so only boys in story ). Gobilina takes these boys on many adventures and tries to give lessons in her tales.
My question is, am I doing the children any harm in incoporating a witch into stories that have a bibical theme and a moral. Am I confusing or enlightening my children?

Knowing God personally, my answer to this question is 'No'.
How about making it a habit to insert your specific needs into the question, e.g. Is this habit I'm trying to break to difficult for the Lord? Is this day in my life too difficult for the Lord?
Asking the question this way reminds you that God is personally involved in your life and nudges you to ask for His power to help you.

I trust this will help and encourage some here!

I personally have and I cant stand them.

Ive never seen so much attacks done towards other people anywhere on Yahoo.

The R&S cant even come close to what they do over there.

I still think Politics kill people, not religion.

I was raised Mormon. And we were basically taught it is a big No No. My question, for current Mormons is this... Why do you shy away from it now when it is SUCH a part of the churches history AND not to mention you believe in polygamy in Heaven. so..... why the act?

All who responded to my question about what animal we are most linked to said something along the lines of ape, chimp...some kind of monkey. If that is what is taught, than why is science also saying that Humans are related even more closely to a pig than an ape? So First they say its chimps and make you all believe it, and so you do, but also they say pigs? cant you get it straight? you evolutionists are all over the place with this "THEORY"

...repeat the phrase, "nobody's perfect, everyone makes mistakes" when they don't want to take responsibility for their poor behavior? Do they teach you to say this at church? It's sort of like, "love the sinner, hate the sin" and "blah blah blah judgement day". Seriously do you guys practice these phrases in front of a mirror?

Do you believe that the Bible has been translated correctly? all the "right" books left in? and the wrong ones for sure left out? Do you believe it to be 100% pure and unaltered? ....even though... so many Men throughout the ages have changed it? do you REALLY REALLY think it is ACURATE?

Unfortunately, a friend's mother died last week and she is being cremated. I was just wondering how it works with flowers at a cremation? At a funeral you can place flowers beside the graveside, but as I have never been to a cremation before, i was wondering what to do.

Please help!

I did see this, and it said "holy water" on a plastic bottle.

Besides flowers what else can you put on someone elses grave.

Note: I've put a little stone guardian angel, but someone took it or the gardners threw it away. Any suggestions?

When do you pray? Do you pray out loud? Do you pray for others? Why do you pray? Please talk about prayer in your life.

We are put into the extremely difficult circumstances of life, and we do the best we can at muddling throught it, knowing that all our efforts will ultimately just result in death, and probably a good deal of suffering before death. . .why do we need to be forgiven for doing what we can with a bad situation? If anyone needs to be forgiven, it's God, for putting us in such a lousy situation (disease, poverty, floods, drought, you name it).
