I'm doing research for a writing project and need to know if life after death is an acceptable belief in most Protestant religions.

Just because a person leaves the catholic religion does not mean they are "protestant." Please describe in your own words what you consider "protestant" because I have only heard that word used by catholics. I left the catholic religion and no, I am not "protestant." I am a born again Bible believing Christian. Yes, we do believe in life after death and because we are saved (born again) John 3:3, we know where we are going after we die, unless Jesus comes to get us during the rapture first. 1Thessalonians 4:16-18.

I'm a Bible believing Christian and I can tell you that the Bible teaches that there is life after death and it begins when you enter into a relationship with Jesus.
Jesus talked about it in Luke 16:19-31.
Paul talked about it in 1st Corinthians 15 and 2nd Corinthians 6.
The position I've described is held by all member denominations of the National Association of Evangelicals and the Southern Baptists, which are not a member.

Yes, we believe in life after death. The question is where, Heaven or Hell.

I believe all christian religions believe in either that you go to heaven or hell.
So essentially their is life after death, in either heaven, hell, or on earth after the rapture.
