All who responded to my question about what animal we are most linked to said something along the lines of ape, chimp...some kind of monkey. If that is what is taught, than why is science also saying that Humans are related even more closely to a pig than an ape? So First they say its chimps and make you all believe it, and so you do, but also they say pigs? cant you get it straight? you evolutionists are all over the place with this "THEORY"

SO you are saying that just because we look like them in a way, that we are related by a missing link, but ignore the fact that BIOLOGICALLY we are not even close. interesting, you rely on biological atributes to argue, but leave out certain things to make it fit. Your thinking is all out of wack, stop being a lemming and think for yourself.

We humans are primates. We're most closely related to chimpanzees.
For some reason perhaps a doctor can explain, some pig organs are compatible with humans. They're used in some transplant surgeries.

EDIT: Your first article points out that, because pig DNA is farther away from human DNA than ape DNA, there's less of a chance of viruses, etc, in the transplant. So, as usual, RTFA.

Humans are related to pigs, but only because humans and pigs are mammals. Humans are apes.

Humans ARE descended from primates.
We are related to all life on this planet. Our closes living relative is the Bonobo. Second is the Chimp.
