Yellow is the bst color, it is reflective and if someone were to be in trouble at night it would be easier to find them opposed to a darker color like red.

Orange.... because yellowis orange sorta shines, while red and yellow can be kinda muted. I think they are really effective, yes, if there are people nearby looking for that person wearing the life jacket. You know what would be a nice addition to a life jacket...MIRROR!

WELL! I hear that a green paisley pattern in the 'in' colour this year. Must say it makes a nice chance from all those ghastly 'dayglow' colours they've been coming out in.
These safety people have a real complex. all they can think is 'see me see me'.
Believe me dear. You get much more recognition by being cool and stylish.

any bright reflctive color, so they are eaiser to spot from far distances, and at night, orange, or yellow is your best bet
