We are all born sinners since Adam and Eve made the original sin by eating the fruit in the Garden. Jesus Christ came to Earth, suffered terribly and was crucified to pay the penalty for us because we couldn't do it ourselves. All humans are God's creation, but not children. You need to be born again and follow Jesus.
