It has been said that something as small as the flutter of a butterfly's wings can ultimately cause a typhoon halfway around the world. Chaos Theory

Is the Universe a result of thousands of causes back and back to the point of singularity. And that the smallest event can cause a world disaster?

There will come a time when you are too old, frail, sick or immobile to do all the things that you always promised yourself you would. Maybe you'll be be struck down by a freak accident tomorrow.

So I urge you all to do something today that you've always promised yourself you'd get round to sometime. Ask out your crush on a date. Go and forgive your long-term grudge, or go and ask forgiveness. Do something with your kids, or your parents, before they aren't kids anymore and your parents aren't around.

Life is too short to hold a grudge, or lose contact with those who mean something to you. This time tomorrow you might not be here, let alone in forty years. I know it is a hard and romanticised concept, but please go out and do something today.

Spend some money on you, a friend, or a total stranger- rasie a smile. Go and soak up the cool sun in the park, go for a wander through a different neighbourhood.

Live life!

I hope my message might make you smile and do it!

CHRISTIANS VS. MUSLIMS AND MUSLIMS VS.CHRISTIANS. I guess I dont get it? if we all believe in one God , jesus for christians is the son of God and he is a prophet of muslims , how come each religion insists on insulting one another but esentially we insult the same things we both believe in !

then we take it a step further and insult each other just so we can spread some more hate ,to make sure that we can hurt as much as possible. what is wrong here?

In the Bible does it say that Eve was tricked into eating the forbidden fruit by the serpent (the devil)? God banished her from the Garden of Eden as punishment - I can't quite remember how the story went but I remember learning about it when I was younger and feeling that it was totally unfair that Eve was punished for making a mistake that she was tricked into by evil.

I know it's all about not giving into temptation and I'm not trying to question God's jugdement - that's just how I felt as a kid. I realise now that Eve was made to take responsibilty for her actions regardless of why she did it.

Did God forgive Eve for this? Was there anything she could have done to totally redeem herself?

"Really? Explain for me please, the biophysical aspects of love? You can explain the bio processes that occur when one feels the emotion, but what causes the emotion?"

Love is a result of natural selection and without it, procreation is dead in the water.

I'm asking this question because I'm not good in sports, that's why my friends taunt me for not being 'masculine' enough...I feel quite lousy and feel like taking up sports to 'fit in'...is this good or bad? Is there any solution to this problem of masculine inadequacy?

Im really looking for serious answers please - like is there any ancient text or any verses in the Bible or Quoran or any other religious reference to this.

If you happen to have any more info on the subject I would be interested in reading as much as I can.

This may sound stupid but does anyone seriously believe in the possibility of being tricked into selling your soul to the devil? I believe this is possible. I also believe it is possible to do this unknowingly only to realise later what you have done......

"I don't know that Jews should be regarded as citizens, nor should they be regarded as patriotic."

would that be acceptible to you? Now substitute the word "atheists" in place of Jews, and it was said by George H.W. Bush. He never apologized. Is that acceptible?

This person believes I am muslim falsley yes or no can an orthodox woman not have opinion and stand up against people who attack other religions and pose the same questions?I should not even bother with the respons to the 12th answer but her goes. I am not a Muslim I never have been. I am from a Russian Orthadox Family i grew up Orthodox. I don't hate christians. I dislike people who believe that becasue it is written it is so. Meaning becasue the translation is NIV it must be true, when the original words aren't even there, and Many of the gospels have been left out. Do not think you know me, you obviously haven't read the other questions where I have stated how I grew up.

After reading a few "opinions" about this topic, does anyone relate to a Gay man, meaning he's attracted sexually to another man and that's where it ends? The acting straight part refers to behavior and other parts of his lifestyle.. It's not about how much you can lift, or about pretending to be someone you're not. It's about living and behaving like people that are heterosexual getting married, talking and dressing without being any different from the "stereotypical" queeny, femanine homosexual that labels the entire population. The one and only thing that has meaning in my life about "gay" is sex. Anything else I eat, dress, want, or do has nothing to relate with it. Kind of like "straight" people without being gay.
