There will come a time when you are too old, frail, sick or immobile to do all the things that you always promised yourself you would. Maybe you'll be be struck down by a freak accident tomorrow.

So I urge you all to do something today that you've always promised yourself you'd get round to sometime. Ask out your crush on a date. Go and forgive your long-term grudge, or go and ask forgiveness. Do something with your kids, or your parents, before they aren't kids anymore and your parents aren't around.

Life is too short to hold a grudge, or lose contact with those who mean something to you. This time tomorrow you might not be here, let alone in forty years. I know it is a hard and romanticised concept, but please go out and do something today.

Spend some money on you, a friend, or a total stranger- rasie a smile. Go and soak up the cool sun in the park, go for a wander through a different neighbourhood.

Live life!

I hope my message might make you smile and do it!

That is a wonderful statement, words of wisdom to put on here. It's nice to see. It's also the kind of thing i tell people too, although it's a bit difficult to soak up the sun when it's raining, lol. But i'm sure many of us will read it and hopefully, do something that it says. Well done you for putting this. :)

Good suggestions. What a wonderful world it would be if, we all reflected on doing one little good deed every day and let other good things to do for others develop in us. Wish everyone thought like you. God bless you.
