This person believes I am muslim falsley yes or no can an orthodox woman not have opinion and stand up against people who attack other religions and pose the same questions?I should not even bother with the respons to the 12th answer but her goes. I am not a Muslim I never have been. I am from a Russian Orthadox Family i grew up Orthodox. I don't hate christians. I dislike people who believe that becasue it is written it is so. Meaning becasue the translation is NIV it must be true, when the original words aren't even there, and Many of the gospels have been left out. Do not think you know me, you obviously haven't read the other questions where I have stated how I grew up.

I'll address just one of your points.
"Bible-alone" or sola scriptura is a pillar of Protestantism made from sand. This theory has no defense, it is unworkable with thousands of divisions as a result, it is not in the bible, the words "sola scriptura" cannot be found together in any document before the 16th century when it was invented by Martin Luther, and none of the early church Christians heard of it or practiced it, with the exception of the heretics who interpreted the Bible apart from the Teaching Authority of the Church, such as Arius and Nestorius.
Catholics and Orthodox agree with the MATERIAL sufficiency of scripture, but not scripture alone.
Bible translations are really a matter of taste, but I don't prefer the NIV.
