I'm asking this question because I'm not good in sports, that's why my friends taunt me for not being 'masculine' enough...I feel quite lousy and feel like taking up sports to 'fit in'...is this good or bad? Is there any solution to this problem of masculine inadequacy?

Having a peepee is probably number 1

But yeah being big, strong and athletic is probably the number 1 stereotype for guys.. but that doesn't mean all guys have to be like that.. I mean do all girls look like pam anderson? Does that mean they aren't feminine?

Just cause you aren't any good at sports doesn't mean anything. Do you like playing even tho you aren't good? Do you like watching? You don't have to be good at playing to enjoy sports.

I think it is a common phrase that is overused because if you look at men today and i will admit i am like this we take great car in our personal appearence and actually think about ppl's opinions for a chnage. I would say take up sport if u like it but dont do it to try become more masculin as this wil jst be embaressing if you become no good doing sport. You are yourself and should be happy with that.

Its' all in the Jeans...oops Genes.

Seriously - not every dude is great at sports, but this alone does not determine "masculinity" by definition.

Attitude, self confidence, maturity, intelligence, wit are great traits to start with. Work on these.

Try snow boarding, or skiing which you can do on your own and without getting "taunted" by the guys.

Rebellious, intelligent snowboarders are HOT.

Masculinity has nothing to do with sports..It comes from inside your head.
