I'm not going to call her a complete fraud even though she may be. BUT, if she has any psychic ability it is possible that she was just wrong that time because of 'crossed signals' or something. At any rate, it's a good reason why we cannot put our faith into people like that even if they are not total phonies. Sometimes 'psychics' have been of help in many cases but just as many times they've been completely wrong and wasted everyone's time and money. I think it's worth a shot to consult someone like that if you've run out of all other options but there's no point in actually believing they know the truth.
I do believe in psychic ability only because of the strange 'things' that have happened that did turn out to be true (mostly because of personal things that happened to me) I tend to think most of the ones who are doing it for money are full of crap but it doesn't shake my belief that many people have 'psychic' moments or experiences in their life. There's a lot of stuff we don't understand so I can't rule anything out even though I tend to ignore what psychics say in general.

It doesn't shake my "faith" in psychics, because I only have as much faith in psychics as I do in good baseball players. Even the best ones don't hit it out of the park every time, you know? The people who believe a psychic should be as accountable as, say, an accountant? It makes sense their faith would be shaken. The ones that never believed in psychics in the first place? This just tickles them to death. But those of us who see psychic abilities as a possibility instead of an absolute seem to be mainly shaking this off and going on about our happy lives.
Certainly, in this case, it's far better that she was wrong!

The real question one must ask ourselves is " Do we believe in the SUPERNATURAL" or don't we?
When events happen that are not immediately explainable there are always folks who like to bring up the "supernatural" meaning "beyond understanding".
If you have chosen NOT to believe in anything that cannot be scientifically explained (including dreams, premonitions, telepathy tec) then psychics are merely people who "guess" in an entertaining way.
Most "Psychics" have learned to say general things " You are thinking about someone in your family that has suffered a loss" or " Is there a family member who died" or "you lost a valuable article from your home" etc etc. The person listening soon identifies with one of these questions and the psychic latches on to this and cleverly extrapolates his search from there. It is a very entertaining "pseudo science" but serious scientists have said it is no more than "parlour tricks" something like those exciting "tea leaf readers" or "palm readers" or those wonderful "fortune tellers" that many people visited and enjoyed.

Psychics are false my dear. It's a satanic thing to be a psychic. Psychic can see the future but like their master (Devil) they can only see the future like 2%. Only God Almighty sees the future and no one else. So don't waste your time with psychics, they are not reliable. Trust in God and look up to God.

Maybe she haven't got the psychic powers after all. Anyway, I tend to take this sort of things with a pinch of salt.

She gets her info from demons whether she knows it or not. And demons are not going to help anybody much, maybe a little to get you to believe the person, but then never help you to solve a crime, just enough to lead everyoen astray so you will invest in other psychics.

I don't expect any better from professional "psychics", as they are a bunch of opportunists. I knew someone that used to help a homicide detective, but he never charged and never told anyone but myself (I visited with him to the home of the homicide detective, so I knew he was not making it up).
"Those that know, don't say. Those that say, don't know."
Have a nice day. ;-)

We all would like to believe that she ,John Edward, etc...are credible. Unfortunately it's all a hoax. It's human nature to fear the unknown, we want to believe in the afterlife and need to hear proof of such. You don't need Sylvia for that, you can find it at Church.
