some asshole today at work spit half eaten candy on the table of the break room. i am/was the janitor and had to clean it up so i put a sighn on the table that said "dont spit half eaten food on the table. you are not 3. you know who you are." soe one ripped up the sign and threw it away and told the boss and the boss said that i can not put up signs telling people not to do stuff and the next tie i did i would get in trouble. so i said "well i quit then" and walked out. it is one thing to clean the place as it gets dirty but it is another to have to clean up food that has already been in some ones mouth of of a table with a trash can right beside it. the peole there do stuff like pee all over the floor, throw toilet paper all over the bathroom, and spray hand soap everywhere in the bathroom. i said as i left "no wonder the last janitor quit". is it alright what i did with not putting up with there crap and letting them clean thier own messes or should they have the right to act like..

Have you ever felt you have a heavy heart ? Feelings so intense that you can feel a tingling sensation all over ? Despair that makes you feel the wind can blow right through you. So many life experiences in this journey we call life. Many times when we look back and ponder on what was and what is, what we have chosen and what we could have choosed instead, making us feel overwhelmed. I feel deep within a pain in my soul, something I can not find the correct words to express. My heart is crying out, my soul aches. I feel lost in such a huge world, away from my children, my family, married to someone I thought I knew, and realized that I really do not. We can not hold responsible anyone but ourselves for the situation we are in, for it is our choice ultimatly that decides what will be done or not, causing this to begin a road we will walk in. This new year is filled with faith deep within that everything in my life will fall into place ( with the right choices) Have you felt this also?

Thanks to Oprah young girls in Afica will have a education.. Hopefully it will help educate them more about the spread of aids. We have recentley had local youths lighting fires near to our house on a field to the side of our house, it is coucil owned land and just a normal field but it is getting trashed by these muppets, I have had words with them but can not sit watching to keep them away 24/7, does anywone know where we stand in the eyes of the law in stopping it or not if at all, and would i be wrong if I just kicked they heads in if they keep trying to annoy me?
