No, but only b/c I've realized most people are so self conscious about their own imperfections that they don't tend to notice other peoples. As well, even if people should notice they don't care half as much as you do.

It is a common problem and you should not be ashamed of it! Try this link below and do have a talk with your GP about treatments. If it is a bacterial infection it can be treated easily...if there is another underlying problem then you need to see a skin specialist to sort it out. Psychologically speaking though...if you are starting to feel this insecure and are contemplating taking time off work I think you are at a desperate stage and really need to talk to a professional. I am sure a lot of people are 'aware' of the acne but I am also sure that once they see past it and realise the person underneath is intelligent and worthy of knowing then they will overcome that initial pulling back. Good luck and get it sorted!

Usually I am a VERY Confident Person- however! when I get a fever blister- I am so embarrassed!
I feel like the whole world is looking at me!
Luckily I found a remedy that will make it go away the moment you suspect its coming, and have not had one in many yrs now.

NO I cake them in makeup then go to work and point out that I have massive spots and people generally say " I didnt notice until you pointed it out" then I feel better- to help with the spots Clinique do a fantastic night gel which stings like hell but makes them disappear!

Go see your GP and asked to be referred to a dermatologist. If you have cystal acne, then the prescription is different than a course of antibiotics which could be used to treat a bacterial infection causing your acne.
Good luck and you don't have to suffer through it. It is a very routine thing for a doctor to treat.
