that video is a painfull example of what happens to logic when people live their lives according to mythical gods. It is worthless.
The bible, like all religious texts, is a work of fiction written by PEOPLE.

First, I want you to recognize that the Catholic church and Judaism have what could be called prudent dress clothes as well. There are many Americans who don't wear "the mini-skirt" and so forth. Muslims would like to pretend that they are the only ones with these rules, or whom follow them. The question is, should a person be thrown into jail or beaten because they do not dress modestly? Or take it to extremes as it has been done in Saudi Arabia, and keep girls without hijjab in a burning building to die, lest they come outside without it on. These things are ridiculous, and not the woman's fault.
The same complaints you might have against the Bible I could bare against the Qu'ran. I could even say they are more effective. Thank you.
EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT
Here, I will show you. First, of the Bible:
The Bible's original Greek is found in thousands of copies dating around and before 200AD, that being well before the time it was supposedly twisted. They are essentially the same. The Bible appears to be the same book it always was.
Second, the Koran:
Othman, selected one of several different copies of the Qu'ran and burned the rest, although scholars do have copies of some of those that were burned (not every "bad" copy was destroyed). All this some 150 years after Mohammad died. This would be reason, for a nonbeliever, to doubt the origins, fullness, and unchanged nature of the Quran.
Third, many Muslims pose that there are hundreds or thoushands of "self contradictions" in the Bible, yet if I but look, I see the same thing with the Koran. You may tell me that this is simply not so, or that you have a defense for each of them. Well fine, typically Christians can defend the Bible as well. This is not an arguement to be used as a barrier to understanding.
Example (there's a whole bunch on this web site):
http://www.answering-islam.org/Quran/Contra/index.html
Finally, the Bible says that there will be those who teach a message contrary to that of the Bible. Islam does. Blatantly denying Jesus as unity and one in being of the Godhead, as well as His death and ressurection. That gives Christians the valid recourse of just denying the entiretly of the Qu'ran.
Whereas, many Muslims use pieces of the Bible to prove Mohammad was a prophet, but disregard the rest.
And that is just the way it is.

I am not a Muslim, I'm a Christian who believes that Jesus was not God, but God's son.
But I'm sorry, this guy has a point when it comes to modest dress for women. It's why true Christianity, follows Paul's statement and arrange themselves in modest dress.
I do appreciate the link, as I can at least understand their views better, and give Muslims greater understanding and tolerance.
Finished listening to it. Very well presented. The Bible also stated all of those points, more than 3000 years ago, described such things as laws that keep all of heavens in place (one even says that God has a "statute in the heavens" to dictate that the universe will last forever), the water cycle, the shape of the earth, the fact that it would appear to a Hebrew mind to "hangs upon nothing", etc.
EDIT: Why does the tag say "Rusian girls?"

My answer shall have two approaches: The first one will be to consider the Bible as a Book. The second approach shall be to consider what could have brought about the different versions.
There is no doubt that the Bible as a Book is the inspired words of GOD. It is nothing short of naivety to assume that only those who have anything to do with GOD shall handle the Bible and everything that pertains to it. The truth is that we live in a world Satan rules. The game will never be fair. Every attempt is been made to deceive or lead people away from the truth by the agents of Satan who abound in the world. Most especially, they permeate every stratum of the Christian religious world.
I'm sure that what I'm about to reveal will shock you even more as I was and still am. Here it is: The prevalent theory in the Bible Seminaries and Schools of Divinity is that there is no GOD. Are you aware that the Pentecostal Churches that command extra large number of following ignore the order of Jesus Christ that believers should be baptised? More than that, they ignore the New Covenant, the Covenant that contains the promise of GOD to save us? In an unbelievable manner, they have supplanted the teaching of Jesus Christ with their own invention. The teaching of Jesus Christ is that you must be born of water and the Spirit to be born again. On their part, they say: 'Give your life to Christ'. There is nothing like that in the Bible.
Of course, Jesus Christ warned us of false prophets in Matthew 7:15-20. Where else do you expect to find these false prophets except in the church. As Jesus Christ says, the kingdom of Satan is not divided against itself. In spite of that, it is about to fall and fall it surely will.

YES, There are many versions because the Bilbe was written in Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic. There is only one version "the original" what you see today are merely translations of these languages. Also the times in which these were translated, some even paraphrase, corresponds to some differentiations
About the video, doesnt have anything to do with the question but i will tell you most Muslim organizations want Sharia here, be afraid very afraid

First of all, your question had nothing to do with that video. So you were devisive in your question; a deception.
Who besides the angels in heaven and God knew that those things were true? You can't count out Satan. He was there too when things were created. I do not tell you that to infuriate you, but only to bring it to the table.
I have a 'version' of the Quaran. It's a thick green book with commentary. I think that it is a commentator from India. Does every Quaran have English words in it, or are there other 'versions?'
You seem to be asking the question about the Bible as if there was a problem with having a Bible in my native tongue. So Ihave a Quaran in my native tongue, is that a sin? ( ;

When a person is born of God, the Father gifts us with the Holy Spirit. It is the anointing that leads us into all truth and isn't a liar. I have been gifted with the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit shows me the truth in the Holy Bible, and the contradictions to Gods Redeeming Grace message in the Koran, Mormon book, etc...

The bible has not been anywhere near true since Pope Gregory got a hold of it in 581 AD.
