you can have a "wealth" of things...it means "a lot of"...generally today yes, it means a lot of money...ask someone from a different generation and they would probably say something different...you look at things differently at the end of a race than the beginning...

Not for me, no. Rich in friends and love is a whole lot better than all the money and diamonds in the world...although I am a little envious of whoever ended up with Princess Diana's sapphire engagement ring, because that piece was gorgeous!
