I mean, really! Most americans are NOT like George Bush, and I hate saying that he's been reprsenting our county for the last 6 years. Most americans are not selfish *** hole who only think ameirca exists. I would love to travel overseas, and I plan on doing it soon. So why are people from the UK so hateful towards americans? What did we (not bush, he doesn't count. Hes an animal) do to you?

What are some good reasons to believe in anything supernatural or spiritual?
What makes you believe?
I would like to hear some realistic answers please. I don't care to hear the I can't see air argument
Also what makes you believe in the soul?
This is also open for non-believers if you like, tell me why you don't believe and at what point in your life you made this decision

Since I am asking, I will tell you. I have been an Atheist, for as long as I can remember. The reasons for not believing are many and just make more sense to me. I have experience some strange things but I believe all of them can be explained rationally

every time you ask a question with the title "all chrisitans" or "all beleivers" or something relating your beleif in Christ and God, atheists answer? i dont understand. like the question refers to you having a beleif in God, so if you dont beleive in him why would u answer? isnt it Point-gaming? what do you think...oh by the way this is open to everyone

Last week thanks to my job I was stuck in a hotel room with a Christian. On the first night he decided to preach to me and tell me that my religion is unholy and satanic (I'm a Druid, as if no one can tell from my name). I pretty much ignored him and just went to sleep. The next day he continued with his rant against Pagans, even while we were waiting to be assigned to a trainer. I did notice that the guy had no money with him, given how he would ask people for a dollar or some change so he could buy lunch. I also noticed that no one was willing to help him because of his constant preaching to everyone he met. When we got back to the hotel room I went out and got dinner at a nearby Popeyes, and brought back a meal for him too.

Would you have done the same if someone was bashing your religion? Would you have let him go hungry for his disrespect? Or do you feel that me buying him dinner was the right thing to do? Would you help someone like this if they needed the help?

Psychic ability runs through the females in our family. My meduimship manifests itself through a healing gift, My duaghter is different, she is now 22, but from an early age, she was able to 'read' people so that she gave the impression of being wise in the ways of the world far beyond her years. When she was about 2 1/2, I was driving her home from daycare when she started to sing a song. It wasn't like the other shildren's songs she usually sang on the way home, it sounded like a medieval madrigal type piece and went on for ages! I couldn't make out all the words but it was a story with words I'd never heard her say before. She told me it was called 'The Monk and The Maiden'! and that her 'other mummy' used to sing it. It was a shock as she was so young but I wasn't entirely surprised. Later, when she was 5, she went on to draw pictures of a man in a crimean war uniform who she told me was her brother. Has anyone else had experiences with psychic children?
