I have one right here in front of me right now. It's called The New Latin & English Dictionary.

I bought it at Books-a-Million.

These websites do not translate sentences, but if you are learning Latin they are very helpful.
http://archives.nd.edu/latgramm.htm - this is Notre Dame's Latin Grammar and dictionary website
http://www.archives.nd.edu/cgi-bin/words.exe -this is William Whitakers Words; it is very helpful for translating from Latin, but has added English to Latin this year.
