would it include any of the following:

not being allowed to leave freely?

not being allowed to marry outside the cult, but hypocritically encouraging others to marry into the cult?

discouraging members to make friends of unbelievers?

discouraging integration with non believing neighbours?

actively seeking educational apartheid from your neighbours children to prevent the cults teachings weakening their grip or being diluted?

only speaking the neighbours language when it is expedient?

have the keepers of the teahings give the teahings of the cult in a language that will be inaccessible to the surrounding unbelievers?

thinking of and treating non believers as second class sitizens?

allowing some members of the cult to treat other members of the cult as inferior purely on the basis of sex?

So here is the story, my friend married a girl who does not celebrate christmas, but they are having a "get together" tonight. Would it be taboo, to bring a "Festivus pole" as a joke? I think it is funny, but dont want to offend anybody. She is a Jehovah's witness, but festivus is more of a joke than anything right???

I think I heard somewhere that they can accept cash, but only up to $20.00, anything over that amount they are taxed for?.. Or something like that.. So I'm thinking 19.99 in a card?

All i see around me is people consumed by the need to do shopping, for food, presents, clothes and so many other things. Dont get me wrong i like to cook a good christmas lunch and will also buy food and maybe a gift or 2 for my immediatte family but thats just it i want o spend it with my family. I have been living in London for the past 6 months and i am working until the 24thof December so i had no time to do anything but what makes this christmas special is that my boyfriend came all the way from South Africa to spend it with me and even if we must eat sandwitches for christmas this year will be my best christmas ever.

here are my pre 2006 theory's


religion(christianity) is just a big scam started by some guys in an ancient pub. its just a book about some doctor who has done a few things that at the time was a miracle. jesus was just a smart doctor whos story was "edited" to sell the book.
like in schools you can punch a guy, and in twenty minutes you can have fifty students who would swear you shot him and beat up a teacher.
