Well, don't forget then, that you are also JUDGING her...now you can forgive her seventy times seventy, or if you chose to divorce her, you would be in the wrong, unless she commited adultry on you after you were married...anything before the marriage, is her sin..not yours....They are not really criminal offenses, unless where you live make them as such..Now if you are expecting to get a virgin, and she has lied to you...then you certainly have the right to end it according to your culture. By my beliefs, and the bibles....we have to forgive others, or we won't be forgiven for our sins...so if she commits adultry, by the Lords' standards, you can divorce her.

Yes and no. I would say yes; but people do not understand what is involved in either marriage or sin in this day. All sins are but symptoms of the condition of sin. You can abstain from all sins and still but a sinner because that is your nature.
Even if two virgins marry, and the marriage bed is undefiled; they are still two sinners being married as they exist in bodies of sin.
If you marry a person who is divorced you are still in adultery in most all situations.
Having said that: The answer is Yes. Fornication is a sin against yourself while adultery hurts and involves others also, including children.
I wonder what you expect from an adulterous generation besides a truck load of excuses. People will either leave this question alone or kick up more dust than a tornado on a dry lake bed.

Yes it is, a vow is made in the sight of God, and it has been broken. A covenant has been broken.
The main part being the sin against God.
The second part being a violation of your trust.
It is not fair for you to live with suspicions and doubts.
Let them go, wish them well, leave them in God's hands for discipline, and move on with your life.

If you believe in sin, then they would be qualify as sin yes. But you are saying that you would throw a woman out of your home because she had sex with another man before she even knew you. That's pretty dark.
Good luck.

Why would it be a sin ? And if it is , who are we people to decide someone else sins ? Only God can decide that . Trowing her out would be an other sin , because its not u to judge anyone.

according to the bible, yes they are sin. This is one scripture that speaks of it. 1 Corinthians 6:9,10 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

well sin depends on your religion and your own moral code. You obviously have very strong beliefs and expectations for yourself and others and therefore I think you have answered your own question.

it may be a sin but you throwing her out because of her being not a virgin sounds childish and very self-righteous, isn't that correct?
