It's weird, that's for sure. And to watch them just suddenly speak in tongues or call down the Holy Spirit - yep looks like God's the servant waiting for someone to just call out to him so he can do their bidding.
It's weird when they say things like one answer here... he made the universe for you. No he didn't. The Bible expressly states that God made Everything for His Pleasure... not for yours.

Jesus showed us servant hood by washing his disciples feet, a servant's heart is what we all need to maintain - too often we get full of ourselves and then pride cometh before the fall! God has a way of getting our attention when we get too prideful. God isn't some big bud in the sky that grants all our wishes, we are to serve Him, and we do that by serving those around us, meeting their needs, through encouragement, being real and coming alongside and helping those that are asking for help.

We don't deserve to kiss the dirt that Jesus walked on. We are all sinners and God isn't a servant, he is a loving, warm being that answers prayers. We serve him by worshipping and having faith.

Yeah Jesus did die for our sins but, god created everything, and god is the one that planted the seed in Mary so Jesus could even be born so yeah I think that god is really important also.

It is a self righteous mentality that they live by. It seems that they feel that they are above and ahead of those who do not believe. Whatever the case, in this world the only thing that counts is how you as an individual are, not what beliefs in God you have.
