I am also interested to see which has been PROVEN to be the most re-written and re-done religion according to what the original standards were.

For example - I know that Mormoms used to teach that black people were fallen angels incarnate, however, after civil rights, they erased that part of their doctrine... (I am looking for more examples such as this for all religions listed)

after many years in another religion so I will be with my loved ones in heaven when I pass on. but I need some help.please tell me how to do it. to be a Christian.In the Bible Jesus is quoted as saying that all that call on the lords name will NOT be saved. only those that do my fathers will .will make it to heaven.how to do Gods will.Thank You

ok there is this gal i have some nice feelings for. just curious whether she might be bi/les cuz of certain vibes i get from her. these are some of the vibes/info, hope someone can help me clarify or if i am just thinking so cuz i like her.

- she doesnt have a boyfriend currently; profile says single, but in social circle we hang out with we all assume everyone is str8 and dont ask unless u admit or have a partner.

- she is ok with talking about les etc, ie not homophobe in public

- she thinks 'bi have the best of both worlds' and i have heard her mention that on several occasions

- is rather independant and mentions that she wouldnt mind living without a man for the rest of her life

- watched brokeback mountain (does this even matter?)

- has les friends; my social circle is all st8, i mean im ok with gay people, its just that the friends i have tend to be str8 since i was str8

so am i thinking too much into it?

Do you think the ban of cigarette smoking is going too far? I understand banning smoking in resturants and on airplanes- But outside??? But in bars??? Come on!!! It was in the news this past week a person was fired becuse someone from work saw them smoking outside- on thier day off. That's plain orwellian. Last time I checked the purchase and use of cigaretts are leagal.

If I'm going to be punished for smoking outside, then ban fatty foods, so I dont have to subjected to looking at fat people...

theres all ways going to be people who act crazy in all religions.theres billions of them. if they were all so violent we would all be dead.Bush is supposed to be a Christian. but since he had Iraq attacked theres been about half a million people killed.I feel that people are people no matter there religion.I bought a qur'an the other day so I can understand them better.

i was just browsing thru here and saw so many im gonna say it and i know that you guys dont like the term but if the shoe fits .........MODERNIZED MUSLIMS......and other muslims making excuses up for them why they r celebrating non-islamic holidays..dont make up excuses for them they know it is wrong and living in america isnt a good enough reason to celebrate something that has been forbidden to us.for another i was raised catholic and came to islam now for 3 yrs.i dont compromise my deen for no one or for the place where i live so livin in america doesnt make you celebrate such a holiday
