Yes sister I am with you... No matter where one lives... celebrating festivals other than Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha is completely wrong... If some muslims are doing it just to please non-muslim neighbours... then there are many other ways to do this... be kind, be social, share things, Infact I feel the best way is to be a complete honest muslim... never compromise one's deen.

so a procedures as advert and BC, why do christians use it whilst there is not any particularly information that Jesus replaced into born in a million advert? because of the fact it particularly is replace into the regularly occurring relationship systemn, that's why. in basic terms the same reason that the days of the week and months of the 300 and sixty 5 days have not been replaced from their pagan names- no longer a certainly one of them. It replaced into regularly occurring to rejoice the lengthening of the day returned in December, and that's definitely what the yuletide occasion is consistent with- it replaced into set then to change the pagan trip. even regardless of the indisputable fact that, the easy actuality continues to be that celebrating the solstice is a very organic element to do because of the fact it particularly is consistent with a organic and intensely seen prevalence and it replaced into accomplished in historic situations long till now judaism existed. Neither does changing presents have something to do with the beginning of Jesus. the place do human beings substitute presents in the bible in occasion of Jesus beginning? Nowhere. the place are yuletide wood in the bible... nicely, in all risk ARE suggested in a feeling as area of paganism, such because of the fact the Asherah poles and in different mentions of pagan rituals happening in groves. excellent of vegetables, and so forth. All it is pagan and area of the solstice occasion. Neither do I bear in mind lunch being served on Jesus birthday, yet feasting replaced right into a element of celebrating solstice. So the question is, why does every person rejoice yuletide? because of the fact's a time off for many human beings, so why shouldn't they in the event that they decide directly to? it particularly is worth pointing out that even some significant-stream christian sects eschewed the occasion of yuletide till rather presently; the methodists have been one, and there are nevertheless some sects that don't rejoice it as a non secular trip yet as an earthly one. we are residing in a society that's unfastened so a procedures as this element is worried and human beings can do however they decide on. Why do you even care?

Why shouldn't Jesus receive some honour from muslims? Muslims always jump up and down about how they "believe in Jesus" and honour him as a great prophet. But where is this honour? How are the rest of us to believe it, if you object to the very celebration of that prophet's birth, a birth described in detail in Sura Mary? What is wrong that some choose to actually put this claim about Jesus' honour into practice?

Do you practice Milad-un-Nabi and sing Mohammed sweet songs for his birthday? Do you eat a grape on Eid Al Fitr, commemorating the occasion where Mohammed ate a grape? Why then is it so wrong then to let a little honour pass to a different prophet?

Or is it perhaps true that the vaunted honour allegedly given by Islam to Jesus is in fact non-existent?

My advice is to Study the Quran study the Hadith seek knowledge, because if they did then they will do something in the name of Islam and not agaisnt it,

"Their religion is with them as ours is with us"

You're right.

I live in the US too... I've never celebrated christmas, and I never will.

What's wrong is wrong, no matter what the excuses are.

Seriously,... those who give excuses are just giving these excuses to themselves.

We can't judge anyone... "let thy have their religion, and let me have mine".

Peace.
