Both are religous symobols. This is not tolerance but promotes preferential treatment. BTW the Christmas tree is not a religous symbol so please don't equate it with a Nativity.

How can this be justified?
1st. They dressed as Indians but after five days they changed tactics.
2nd. Then they went a bit away ,dressed back into normal clothes and acted like the Rescue Party who had negotiated a deal with the"Indians".
3rd, Then confiscated all the guns as part of the deal for "saving" the travellers and Mormon dissidents( who were the reason for the attack in the first place).
4th. Took everybody off a mile or so and shot them all. 2 men got away but were eventually tracked down and killed a day or so later.
5th. Took the 17 children they had not killed back with them to Salt Lake City.
6th. Got away with it. After a publicized trial, witht childrens own testimony admitted into the court.

Please explain this to me, if you are Mormon. How this is told to you.
What are the justifications for this as in your church doctrine.

When entering or leaving... I have noticed a lot of people don't close the door behind them. Is this considered rude? I always close the door behind me unless it's already open or they ask me to leave it open...

Because the Body is the temple not a building! Besides that; last time I visited my home church they didn't seem very excited to see me! I look alot different and that could be because I'm somewhat taking better care of myself than I used to. Seems like that would even make them happier! Why would people treat you like a stranger when you have visited your home church for the first time in a couple of years? Surely they recognized who I was! I look alot better than I used to, but they should have known it was me! I'm not a church hopper. I don't believe in going from church to church and so on. I mean I know your always gonna run into problems but hey! Did Christ go where people rejected him?

My boss is having a party on the 26th and I REALLY don't want to go since I never get/take days off, and I'd like to spend it at home being lazy for once.

I know there will be people who say yes they know from experience He does because He has given them advice and guidance. What if I don't say something vague like 'Should I be a good person?' what if I say 'Why is reality so probalistic at the subatomic level' or 'Does space have hidden spatial dimensions that interact with ordinary matter?' - Will he answer then? It has been around for 2000 years, yet, it seems that the world despises the Catholic church for not allowing gay-marriage, abortion, contraception, etc., as a result, throughout history, many have broken away to start their own denominatons. Recently my friend has become very withdrawn. He is normally a very happy lively person but recently he has been acting differently. I know he has had issues with his sexuality and i just fear he is beating himself up inside. ive tried speaking to him but he continuously tells me there is nothing wrong. He is a great guy and i wish that if he thinks he is gay he would tell me. I just dont know what to do to make him happier. Im not so good at giving advice. Anyone got any suggestions?

Would you please give me the scripture that tells us that Jesus is Michael the archangle. I have not been able to find it. This is a interesting study i am into but i need some understanding of some of your teaching.

Hebrews 1:6 States the Fathers command concerning the Son is, Let all Gods angles worship him" . If Jesus is a angle why are angles worshiping a angle.

I see in revelation 22:8 & 9 that angles refuse to be worshiped According to my old NWT it states "Let all Gods angles worship him" but in the latest NWT it states "do obeisance to him". So i am confused as to why this has been changed per revelation 22: 18 if you change the word of God, God places a curse on you.

Please clearify and give me scripture to support your teaching.

yeah in my mind its not racism - its preference. im okay with having black guy friends but i have never been atrtacted to black guys therefore i dont date them. you would assume ppl would respect my taste but black guys will write me off as racist even when i try to explain it to them and some white girls i know will do the same just because they like black guys. its not like i woke up one day and was like "screw blk guys" i just do not find them attractive. everyone says i'll grow out of it but ive been this way since i first began to like guys (im almost 17). what do you think? am i crazy and racist? or is it just my aquired taste?

I have worked at the company over 3 years and I have 2 bosses, a team of people that work for me, as well as others that I work with daily. I don't want to invite some and not others...would it be wrong to just not invite anyone even though I interact (have some drinks on Thursday or friday night with some of them...that is the extent .. we don't have dinner parties or get togethers at each others homes) with some of them more that others? I am wondering if this will come back to bite me?
