Try Churchill's wartime speeches for inspiration. http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache:n6P74L_56BkJ:www.churchill-society-london.org.uk/SpchIndx.html+churchill+speeches&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=4

or Enoch Powell's famous (and oft misquoted) speech http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache:n6P74L_56BkJ:www.churchill-society-london.org.uk/SpchIndx.html+churchill+speeches&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=4

You don't offer much info. Political language could be any discussion of government, society, religion, etc. that involves how something works. For example, how a church is run can be political, as can a discussion of social security policy or the Iraq war and what we are doing there. I would start with a definition of politics (see any dictionary) and then write about an example that you are interested in.
