I would have them all locked up and not released until they a) have learnt how to respect their elders and the rest of the human race. b)have learnt to read and write and spell properly and not speak like some grunting pig. c)have learnt how contraception works. d) have learnt the value of the pound or dollar and most importantly have stopped dressing in ridiculous white tracksuits and baseball caps and listening to 50c or eminem like they're god or someone.

Don't know what ASOB is or means. But you are probably about the USA. However that is just a few people who are usually bullying someone that they are personally picking and too scared to confront that person allone. It's called a COWARD! in all countries

Okay I have to answer this one just because I am so tired of seeing the USA get bashed expecially by people who have never even stepped foot on our soil...
Bad kids come from bad parents period. Regardless of if the child is raised in England, America, or the freakin moon for F's sake, it all comes down to parenting. Yes there are people that are lax on parenting in America but c'mon now, get real, all parents in Europe are stellar? Riiiiiiiiight....

I wouldn't have a clue because I haven't been to america, but in my experience the kids round here are little buggers! I think if you did have a kid in the US who was a bit naughty, they would have more oportunity to join a gang or get hold of a gun. Over here kids like to cause trouble, they are equal on both sides, but they may end up worse off over there, even dead in a gang related incident.
