I remeber when i was working in this store and my manager (who was a gay man) said that he thinks women are nasty because they get the monthly visitor and that they always wine and complain. And he said that he is glad that he is gay. Are all homosexuals feel that way against heteos? male or female?

I asked this question a while ago but didn't get a good enough answer
Have you ever hear of 'the Epic of Gilgamesh'? well it is a mesopotaimian story about a hero in the city of Uruk. it was written BEFORE the bible. but takes place IN biblical times. however they constantly refer to MANY gods.
The epic of gilgamesh was written AFTER the flood too. genisis' version is practically copied from Gilgamesh. and we know it is true because wasn't adam froma ctiy that sounds somewhat like uruk?

what i don't understand is :

if god created everything then we should have known since the beginning that there was only ONE god right?
so how come this book that was written in early biblical times BUT BEFORE THE BIBLE mentions other gods and goddesses?

and PLEASE don't cut and paste sections from the bible, i doubt it will help much as it is the bible i am questioning.
if you think there is a really relevant passage please just tell me where in the bible and put in a web link

This question was just withdrawn by another asker it was so good I thought I'd post it again.

Asker:Some people don't understand what this Bible verse is saying. It isn't about forgiving someone who sins against me, it is about having authority to forgive someone for any and all sins they have committed against anyone including sins against God.

21: Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you."
22: And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.
23: If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
-John, chapter 20

PastorBilly says: the only persons present in the shut room were the disciples, the Lord's first priests of the new covenant. Contrary to the false assumptions everyone is not given this gift of authority. Sometimes other verses are used as proof-text such as "forgive us our trespasses as we for those who trespass against us" (original version forgive us our debts....) .

the difference however with John 20 :23 is the ability to also retain sins. For someone to retain an others sins one would have to know of them hence 'confession'. All forgiveness of sins regardless is done in the power of God.
John 20:20-23 is a clearly indication that d'em Catholics got it right again. Hopefully more 'bible believers' will find this gem of a verse (instead of glossing it over) and really apply some faith and conversion.

I heard something about protestants coming out from the fact that Catholics at the time wouldnot let poeple touch the Bible and how priests would take advantages of people, take monEy from them; also this crap about being forgiven if you confess and being killed if you got caught with the Bible. Basically i just want to kow where Prostestants come from. Serious AnswersPLs!

It seems we often think of the wealthy as virtuous, hard workers who "earned it", but didn't Jesus say it was better to be poor?

As a member of a country that has taken all that is sacred out of marriage i dont understand why so many people are still against homosexual marriage. we have shows like Bridezilla and talk shows have a special wedding series where couples compete for the wedding of their dreams. OUr divorce rate is near 50% and you can go to las vegas get drunk off your *** get married and then when you sober up in the morning get it annuled because it was a mistake.

Please let me know what you think and if you quote something tell me y u think its correct

I was during a project about Social injustice and about Racsim and I found out that Latin American still has alot of Racsim. Many of the Black Latinos aren't even considered people in Brazil, Puerto Rico, Mexico, El Salvador, and Colombia. I'm Black and Hispanic myself and I dealt with this sort of racism I been called mayata and muya so many times it hurts. Why is this still going on in this region? There are more than 200 million Black hispanics.

Choices are made in the brain, which is made of matter, which follows the laws of physics. There is no question of choice involved. In case it operates on quantum structures (We don't know yet), there will be elements of true randomness. This is like flipping a coin, and is not a component of free will.

Again I say that free will is an illusion. It's an important illusion. Otherwise we may go crazy. But in reality, it is fake.
