One of life's great mysteries...like socks disappearing in the dryer.
Could be mice.

Just perhaps you just thought you had packed them away tidily when in fact you were so fed up with looking at them (like the rest of us) that you just shoved them in the box out of the way. Or maybe you were still under the influence after the New Year's celebrations and thought you had packed them way neat and tidy.
Nightmare trying to sort them out. Just get hubby to sort them out...joke ha ha!
I see that B&Q this year are selling trees with lights already fixed to the tree. No messing about trying to fix the tree lights to the tree.
Happy light hanging & seasons greetings!

Its a test, to see how deep your Christmas spirit runs. If you care enough, you will untangle the wire, hang the lights on the tree, and feel an even greater sense of satisfaction once the job is done..... However, if you just look at the daunting box of tangled wires and go "sod this for a lark", we will all know what kind of a christmas scrooge you are.

in case you do not bypass vast, then do not bypass in any respect!!!! in case you do not do as vast as your neighbor's then this is going to easily look like a pathetic attempt at what they're doing. in case you do not plan on spending a lot of money then do not do it! both way so long because the X-mas spirit is in you it doesn't remember once you've lighting fixtures or not. Blessed Be

For the same reason that wire coathangers breed: put two in a closet, come back sometime later and see what happened.... However, the coward's way (my way) is to look at the mess, go to the discount store and buy new.

Santas little helpers are bored in the off season and get up to all sorts of mischief.Every year they hide the drawing pins and the legs off the christmas tree. This year the sheep have gone missing from the crib! There is no end to their naughtiness--- pretty strong magic-eh?
