When I got saved..... I would say 5 and 1/2 years old and I got baptized when I was 6 years old.
Found my soul mate..... I was 23 years old.
Had my first child...... a few weeks before I turned 20 years old.
Lost my Mom.... I was 26 years years old.
Lost my virginity.... I never got the chance to do so willingly.

When Kennedy was assassinated....5. When Martin Luther King and Malcolm X were assassinated....8. When Bobby Kennedy was assassinated....10. Or thereabouts. Bobby Kennedy is the only one I remember as I was watching TV when the news broke. The others I remember as their pictures started appearing on our living room walls as we were a very Democrat household. When I asked my father who they were he told me. And btw, I was raised in a very small farming community, totally comprised of white people. The town wasn't racist, it's just the way the population gathered. Since we weren't exposed to racial hatred, many of us grew up not identifying the differences, we saw everyone as a human. Now, because of the hatred from both sides, my feelings have somewhat changed, I have been hated by other groups. I think of those pictures on our wall and I try to remember what all these men stood for, and were killed for.

I straightened out my life and quite using drugs and alcohol. 21 years of age and do not regret it one bit as have not missed out on any excitement and am aware of my behaviour now.
