Okay, let me put it this way. As a father like some of us, are we going to let our children be with some maniacs or manipulator if we know it will bring harm to them? Naturally, we protect our children at any ways because we love them, but i just wonder why God considering he has the power to stop the devil to corrupt us, still gives him freedom. It's like this..no devil..no temptations..no SINS. Some answerer may says it's a test for us, do we do the same to our children? Lay down some drugs or baits to them just to check their obedience and loyalty to us? I need some good explanations about this matter.

Is it because you are not happy with your life and want somebody to pick on? Or maybe you have had a bad experience with christianity.? Look I know there are some hypocrites in the church been there done that. Just to let you guys now, we are all sinners right? whether we have lied just once in our life, blasphemed, stollen things even if it is small , that makes us a thief. I was a big sinner before I became a christian and guess what? I am saved because of what Jesus has done for us. We cannot save ourselves. None of us are perfect. But peoples, the difference between nonchristians and christians is simple, Christians (not all) are saved. Not all meaning there is people out there claiming to be christians and go to church once per week, but live a life of sin the next. True Christians are saved by grace, because they have put their trust in a saviour called Jesus and are Heaven bound, and are children of the most high God, and unbelievers without Jesus who die are Hell bound.

do you find yourself sometimes mixing words, and non-spanish speakers just look at you differently? Do feel bad and remember etiquette (you speak the language of your guest if you can.)

For instance, God walked and talked with Adam and Eve. During their close relationship with Him, He gave them specific instructions (Genesis 2:15-17; 3:2-3). Yet they chose to disobey and then attempted to hide themselves from Him (Genesis 3:8-10).

Or, how about in the time with Moses and the people of ancient Israel? "So the LORD spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend" (Exodus 33:11). God attempted to establish a similarly direct relationship with the Israelites. Moses recorded what happened. "The LORD talked with you face to face on the mountain from the midst of the fire. I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to declare to you the word of the LORD; for you were afraid because of the fire, and you did not go up the mountain" (Deuteronomy 5:4-5).

But they begged for more distance. They didn't even want to hear His voice. They trembled at God's power. Did they keep to following His commands? No. Nor do you who denies His power.

As Christians, do you believe in Apollo or Zeus and accept that they are gods? Probably not. You think of them as characters in mythology. I don't understand the difference. Why is your god not also a mythological god. Real answers please -- no rantings or bible quotations.

my gf says she treats me badly and wants to breakup cause i deserve better, i come home, shes drunk, she tells me her roomate told her i compared her to roomates x and that he is a user and horrible company, her roomate says it was a misunderstanding, it was, being drunk she takes it the wrong way and tells me i better leave cause shes about to take a bottle of aspirin, upon hearing this i break down to tears and tell her im not leaving knowing you are going to do something, but what do i do, she has had many addictions lately, and is miserable, she won't go to a therapist cause they might put her on meds, she won't have that, a.a is not even an option, she is refusing help, but she admitted she has a problem, i'm scared she will do something when no one is around, she can get alcohol and pills when she wants, please help, i love her, but i can't help her if she pushes me away. she might not remember this tomorrow but i need advice i know the obvious, doctor, phone line tips seem best

PLEASE tell me how u think u can disprove evolution. note: i'm a christian and i really need some ways we christians can defend our faith against evolutionist/and disprove evolution....they claim that what they believe is ''scientific'' FACT (when it's really a theory) also they call what we believe in a ''fairy tale'', and if a christian somehow disproves evolution they'll go back and say oooohhh....well this happened *blank* *blank* (usually billions) of years ago, so christians please help me to disprove evolution....also to u evolutionist out there i'm ready for some bad comments about me so bring it on! also how come u evolutionist don't admit that what u believe in is basically a religion? i mean everything just happened by chance? I'm curious why Christian leaders (or religious leaders of any kind, but specific to America) move about in armored vehicles accompanied by secret service and guards. God said that He knows the day and place of your death already so technically no matter what you do, you will die when you're supposed to. It is God's Infallible plan. I am a bit irritated to find that our own government prays and claims God as a guiding factor when in all honesty, they don't even believe in Him. Thoughts?
