Many of us would agree that for the most part communism is evil and oppressive.(except for the social welfare cumbaja stuff) Then i can say I hate communism.(that is acceptable) I can say i hate a satanistic cult. If i say i hate islam(as a political force which can be oppressive) Why is this politically incorrect?

No not at all it merely expresses the necessity of mankind to be free of tyranny be it religious or political or both. All memoid structures have built in ways of self preservation to censure that which threatens it's existence; be it fascism or mind control by repeated lying it's still designed to the same purpose. one must see through the propaganda to see the sight of real freedom and not just vain and false promises.

Who cares if it is politicallly incorrect? Some things are just wrong. Communism is evil and oppressive. Radical Islam is evil and oppresssive. Some forms of Christianity are evil and oppressive. The radical elements are there in every religion, in every political movement, and we should hold them to account for their actions. I do not think that every Muslim is evil. I have know some very good Muslims in my time. We should not judge the entire religion by the actions of a radical and dangerous minority. I think some people use religion as a cloak to hide behind and they do not really care about or follow the religion they proclaim. We should always speak out against evil wherever we find it regardless of who gets offended.

It's wrong to hate any of them.

Firstly, communism is not evil or oppressive, it's the people who use it in a distorted way that are evil.

Secondly as for "satanistic cults" and Islam; do you know ANYTHING about either of them? Are you so perfect that you can automatically dismiss other ideals as "evil" without even knowing that their ideals are?

I don't know much about satanism or Islam, of Hinduism, or the cult of Elvis, but I'm not so closed-minded as to automatically assume they are evil.

And if you insist on pointing at Iran and Iraq and how "oppressive" and "evil" they are, remember it is not the RELIGION, it is the people wielding the POWER.

Oh, and in response to Judy_r8: actually, most wars on the planet were started by Christians.

because saying anything bad about Islam's violent tendencies is considered politically incorrect. In fact, saying anything but that islam is the onlu true religion is consicerec incorrect in the world today, and that's why the world is in such bad shape. Do you realize that EVERY single conflict going on today is because muslims are attempting to force islam on the rest of the world?

You can say whatever you want as long as you can take the backlash of critics. Politics go back and front, form right to wrong, that the very saying "politically correct" is inncorrect. What is correct for me may not be correct for you. However, please exercise your rights to feel how you want but for debating purposes gathering all your information to avoid looking or feeling like an idiot.
