I don't believe in an angry magical ghost that smites us all when he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed, but I will concede that the above question is an interesting point.

You can do anything you want now, because in the end, there is no real authority. Life doesn't matter, just do what suits you best. Who cares about others?

When I was about 8 yrs old I saw 2 dragons - together. They were clinging to the ceiling of a room I was in. It has always seemed like an important event for me.. but I would like to know why. They did not scare me, and they seemed to know that I saw them. When I first spotted them, they appeared to me talking to one another - then they stopped as they noticed me looking at them. Then they just watched me as I watched them. They were only about 5 ft long each and I remember their eyes most of all, speculative and searching.

I didn't know it at the time but my Chinese Zodiac sign is Dragon. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I poo-pooed the notion of seeing dragons as I grew older and have never really told anyone close because I know people will just say it was a hallucination; because I was tired or something. The older I get, I can admit to myself that I did see them and the picture is vivid in my memory.

Any ideas? Other than the predictable rubbish?

How many humans have been tortured and murdered in the name of God. Its so funny how I see on t.v. the ads on NBC during the Christmas season "Peace On Earth" what a farce!Not to mention in Ramadan how many suicide bombing reach all time highs. Jews well thats a totally different story.

You Westerners who think Egypt's heaven should thank goodness you don't live here! I've been here 13 years and wow!Beggars crowd every square inch, drivers would rather run you over than let you cross, there are pollution and trash and wild traffic jams everywhere, education's MISERABLE, God knows how much money goes to bribery and corruption, good-looking girls are hassled like whores (veiled and unveiled women getting their clothes torn up by sixty or seventy men made headlines last week), half the people are illiterate peasants who live in shocking poverty (per capita income is $700 a year), I can't leave Islam although we have 'freedom of religion' (ha!), the media spits out anti-Semitic propaganda, the boys I go to school with are filthy rich and shameless...I feel like crying when I get home each night, I'd rather end it all than go on living like this much longer. What on earth do you like about this place?

I got married recently.I went to my husband's church for pre marital councelling and attended it because i thought it was the right thing to do. I do however experience no spiritual growth in this church.My church(Potter"s House) however is a great spiritual church.I feel God and I believe God put me their for a reason.This is causing a drift between me and my husband as he wants to attend his church and i want to attend mine.I can see that when we visit my church he doesnt seem to enjoy it and it is very depressing.this is causng me to not go to church at all.how do i deal with this.I honestly believe God put me at my church for a reason.What do i do???

Not a complaint, just curious. I watch a lot of movies and they always refer to an army rank as Group Captain so and so. In US we just say Captain, and assume he is head of the group. Also I saw a few references to "Cavity wall insulation," where we just say insulation. Thank you.

A girl of my school kicked me in the ba//s yesterday morning to make fun of me with her friends.
she started laughing and said to me"kick me back if you still have the ba//s to do it"
of course i didn't kick her because she s a girl but its not right to recieved it just for fun.
would it be right or wrong if i kicked her back?
she kicked me because she was sure that i wouldn't kick her back ..what i must do in this case?
