Of course. Do you think everyone you know is really ambitious? Is everyone really lazy? Can you be both at the same time? Or is that a difference? What might you notice about two people who differ in that way? Living conditions, social standing, leisure activities, social circles, employment, political views... the list goes on. And thats only one difference.

It's not the differences between people that creates the pain. It's where we
are the same. We all have to deal with a physical body, with it's needs and emotions. And humans are basically selfish.
